Dear Parents,
St. Mary’s is hosting their 3rd Annual Spring Gala at the Dutchess Manor on March 13th.  All proceeds from the evening benefit our school's academic and artistic programs, which makes your participation greatly appreciated.

There are a few ways that you can participate:

• One is by attending! It is a really fun night and Dutchess Manor does an amazing job hosting, plus the food is out of this world. Paul Beretta will be on hand with other members of the Michael Dell Orchestra to help you dance the night away. Tickets are only $50 per person.
• Another way is to get donations for the raffle. You can approach businesses you patronize, offer your services, or donate money towards a basket. Attached is a letter indicating our not for profit status for businesses.
• You can become a sponsor or get businesses to sponsor. There is more information on sponsor levels in this packet.
• We also have advertising opportunities available. The ad sizes and prices are outlined in the attachment below. Again you can approach your favorite businesses or advertise yourself.

As you can imagine this evening takes lots of work. If you would like to help by volunteering to solicit businesses, please contact Kimberly Broughton at kbroughton@paychex.com. She can offer some suggestions or arrange to have donations picked up. If you have suggestions of which businesses we can call, just let us know.
